These ships are mainly used in coastal waters for tasks such as inspection, maintenance, and replacement of buoys at sea. The navigation area is A1+A2.

This batch of ships is a steel single bottom single deck horizontal skeleton structure, and the superstructure is also a horizontal skeleton structure. The first deck is equipped with a hydraulic navigation mark clamping device, and the first outdoor deck is the navigation mark operation area.

The main engine of this batch of ships is equipped with 2 K19 high-speed diesel engines, each with continuous power consumption 339KW@1744r /min， The fixed pitch propeller is driven by a reduction gearbox. At full load displacement, when the main engine outputs 90% of its rated power, the test sailing speed in deep water areas with wind speeds less than level 3, sea conditions less than level 2, and smooth water flow is 12.5 knots, with a range of 400 nautical miles and a self-sustaining capacity of 15 days.

The batch of ships was successfully delivered in August 2017 and received the attention and support of leaders and experts from Tianjin Maritime Safety Administration, Shanghai Maritime Safety Administration, and Guangdong Maritime Safety Administration during the construction period.
