This batch of ships is built by the Taicang Maritime Safety Administration and Nantong Maritime Safety Administration of the People's Republic of China, mainly responsible for administrative law enforcement, maintaining water safety and navigation order, organizing water rescue, controlling water pollution, and investigating and handling water traffic accidents.

  The main hull of this batch of ships is a single bottom, single deck, steel fully welded structure, and the upper structure is an aluminum welded structure. It is driven by two high-speed diesel engines for ships and equipped with efficient propellers for propulsion. The tail has a short angled circular bilge and square tail shape.

The crew quota is 2 people, the member quota is 9 people, and the endurance is 15 hours: under the designed full load conditions, the ship has a smooth hull, the wind speed is not greater than level 3, the wave height is not greater than level 2, and the main engine is at rated power. The deep still water trial sailing speed is 19km.

  The batch of ships was successfully delivered in early September 2017 and received the attention and support of leaders and experts from the Taicang Maritime Safety Administration and Nantong Maritime Safety Administration of the People's Republic of China during the construction period.
